With our Select Support services, you can have us work alongside your IT team to provide assistance with many aspects of networking and security including:

As standard, we provide support via email and telephone during office hours, along with hardware and software maintenance. Optional extras include access to on-site engineers and our 24 x 7 technical support team if required.
Professional Consultant Support from Shield IT Solutions
We realise that entirely outsourcing your IT support may not be the ideal solution for everybody, which is why, in most cases, we work to support an existing IT manager or team to provide assistance with any problems and systems that staff may not be fully comfortable with or have time for.
Shield IT Solutions give you the option to purchase support days up front, go with a fixed monthly service charge, or simply take advantage of our services on an ad hoc basis.
Our up-front purchasing option gives you a set number of days which is agreed upon with the individual customer and can be used when required within a 12-month period, while the fixed monthly option gives you a monthly amount of consultancy days.
Whichever approach you take, we stay in regular contact with your IT team to ensure that we are always up to date with changes in your infrastructure. This can include site visits if required.
